We are always excited when we give our menus an update here at The Hand and Crown. Our seasonal changes give us an opportunity to keep our food offering up to date while trying out new and exciting dishes. With the launch of our new main menu, this latest menu will take our food offering in a new direction.
The menu still offers all our pub favourites and classics, including Sausage & Mash, Steak and Ale Pie and our fresh catch of the day Fish and Chips. However, the new menu sees the addition of a wider array of sides to choose from such as Sweet Potato Fries, Saluted Mushrooms, Halloumi Fries and Creamed Spinach.
What is even more exciting is the introduction of our brand new “Room for Dessert” concept. Well known for our freshly prepared homely food and larger than average portions, we have introduced a “Room for Dessert” option offering our diners the choice of a more manageable portion for those who never want to skip dessert. And who can blame them. Our desserts are hand crafted by our onsite Dessert Chef, Della. Each month Della creates mouth-watering desserts that you won’t want to miss out on. But don’t worry, for those looking for something more substantial we still offer the renowned Hand and Crown portion and what is even better is that you can still also have dessert too!
